Eskins, born in Findlay, Ohio, 1969, admitted to Tennessee Bar, Mississippi Bar, the United States District Court Western District of Tennessee, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Eleventh Circuits, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and to the United States Supreme Court. Education: University of Texas at Arlington, Texas (B.A., 1993); Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing, Michigan (J.D. cum laude, 1998). Past or present member of: Memphis Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Mississippi Bar and the American Bar Association. Bradley W. Education: University of North Alabama, (B.A., 1989); Loyola University, New Orleans School of Law, (J.D., 2000). King has litigated cases in state courts of Tennessee and Alabama, the Tennessee Court of Appeals, U.S. District Courts of Tennessee, Mississippi, and, Alabama as well as several cases before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
